John Muir 1875
John Muir loved to explore and carefully inspect his surroundings. He wrote a lot about flowers and rocks and glaciers and his findings in nature. He would sit in nature for hours at a time looking around him.
Once he walked from Wisconsin down to South America and back again. He loved nature and being outside.
Some of his favorite places to explore were Sierra Nevada of California, Yosemite Valley, Sequoia National Park, Alaska and the glaciers, and other wilderness areas.
